Default ezgo txt 2008 run at 30% power

My cart was stuck in water over nite(approx. 2 ft)
Replaced starter. new gas, drained bowel on carberator.
Removed muffler.
Still has reduced power just barly enough to go up hill.
Any ideas?

This was all checked.
When the cart is lifted at the rear with a jack seems to run ok.
When lowered seems to loss power.

You change the oil too? Water in oil will fill up to bottom of the piston and slap the bottom of it and keep the rpm down.

did you take the drive cluch cover off to see if it had water in it?
do a compression check and post each cylinder psi , you have got a exhaust valve not closing you nee to take the valve cover off and turn the motor over by hand and see if any of the valves are not closing all the way and then let us know, also if the air filter is not in and the air box closed it will not run at full power because of the jetting in those carbs
