Re: Solenoid or Controller
Also on the pedal switch do you know what wires go to what connector? Just want to make sure that's correct also. I know one wire is green but can't remember the other color I'm not home right now to look at it.

Re: Solenoid or Controller
Ones green, ones red. It's an on/off switch. Put one on each terminal.

Re: Solenoid or Controller
Your making it too hard. There are 2 wires and 2 terminals. Put a wire (any wire) on each terminal.
I could make it much more complicated but the truth is - That's it |

Re: Solenoid or Controller
How many wires should be hooked to solenoid where the small diode is? 2 black and 2 red and on what side they belong looking at cart from the front?

Re: Solenoid or Controller
Two black on one small terminal, two red on the other.
The diode goes on with the banded end facing the red wires. |

Re: Solenoid or Controller
How can you tell if a diode is bad?

Re: Solenoid or Controller
Use the meter for a continuity test. You should have continuity one way and when you swap the leads end for end - no continuity
