Well ladies and gents, the most recent build is an 09 PDS lifted with 22in tires, 4 inch lift, DCX 500, 8 T145s and DPI charger. Oh and it has been stretched.. 120 inch roof with an Electric Blue body with lights..

That's a sexy beast... But is that a huge hole in the rear backrest?

Re: Limo build with 48 volt/Alltrax DCX 500 upgrade
Rough neighborhood.. Yes it is a hole. Not really sure how it got there but it looks as if it were burned in.. I am not happy with the way the front seat back feels so I am going to move it to the back and get a thinner workhorse seat back to move up front.. Still tweaking parameters and have not gotten a GPS out but seems a little slow to be 48 volts. I have the controller set to 400 amps until I get the motor upgraded and have the throttle up set a little low to try to help lower the current draw on starup.. Turbo is off and regen is off. Map 4. Beast is heavy though.. Batteries are 72lb each so with 8 of them thats 576lbs THAT should give it some run time..
