A-1 golf carts near Phoenix has one that they have built. I know they have a rxv version, not sure about others.

Yes. I have this one by JH Global. Top quality. Pricey, but worth every penny for that fold up footrest feature as well as the ability to fold up the seat to use the bag well for golf bags.
