Default Wheels and Tires

First I have a 2008 EZGO TXT 36volt cart. I just put a 6 Drop Steeleng lift kit on. Now I need tires and rims.
I know I have a 4x100 bolt pattern, But what offset do I need?
Someone on craiglist has a set for sale. 23x10.5x12, Is there a way I can look at the rim to make sure they will fit on my cart? With out putting them on my cart?
I also know the wheels are Typhoon style.

Thanks for the help.

So you are say that I don't need to worry about the off set in the wheels?

The flip flop color cart I got has 14×7 with a -20mm off set so I think that is a 3-4 the green cart has the 6" drop spindle with 12x7 rim with 3-4 off set and the tires are 26x9-12 front 26x11-12 back when I put the back tire on it made the back tire to a 27" so I don't think it matters as long as u don't have to off set to where the lug are flush with the outside of the rim if u caught what I mean I guess you would call that a positive off set
