Default Modified EZ Go won't go

OK, Here is what I have...
97 Ez Go
Switched to series (Plumb Quick Torque Motor)
700A Logisystems controller
8, 6V T106

Cart is wired to where solenoid clicks with key, not pedal. (My electrical Engineer buddy did... forgot his reasoning)
Recently replaced solenoid, don't think that is the issue.

Got back from a ride, ate dinner, got back on and nothing. I have a voltage gauge from ScottyB showing pack voltage of 51.1V

I am a gas engine guy with a voltage meter looking for dumb-down help on how and what to test. I will attach picks of my frankenstein.

The cart has ran perfect for about five years (minus the recent replacement of the solenoid)

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!

Controller readings with Neg of Meter to pack neg.
Top pin: 51 Volts
Second pin: 14.1 volts

also tested solenoid, working correctly

Between second and third pin: voltage at 13.6 and drops to 12.2 when pedal fully depressed.

With black on pack neg, white stays 14 volts
pressing pedal with black on pack neg, black ranges from .4-1.7 volts

Voltage between B- and M- is pack voltage. This doesn't change when pedal depressed.

I think you have a throttle signal problem. When you say ranges do you mean from pedal up to pedal down, this is the range of voltage you see? That's what I am looking for.

Seems your throttle signal is way to low.

This?

"Between second and third pin: voltage at 13.6 and drops to 12.2 when pedal fully depressed."

I am not sure which way I tested it is correct. Between the two pins or from pack neg to each individual pin??

I don't know what the throttle voltages for a Logitech controller should be, but it appears that Logitech is copying the Curtis ITS scheme.

You have a steady 14V on the white wire and the black with varies from 0.4V with pedal up to 1.7V with pedal down. The voltage on black wire varies with pedal movement, so the ITS sensor, in and of itself, is working.

Since the voltage source for the ITS sensor is the controller and the interpretation of the throttle signal is done by the controller, it appears that the controller is bad.

Thanks JohnnieB! I read some of your other posts and thought the same, however wanted to be sure before dropping the dough on a replacement.
