Read the first suggested corrective action on the label for a 3-2 beep code.

I'm not sure if "Auxillary Power" comes in on J1 Pin-4 or Pin-5, but if the voltage on the controller's B+ terminal does not drop below the voltage on whichever pin it is, the controller thinks the solenoid contacts are welded whither they are or not.

The voltage source for Pin-4 is the reed switch, which causes all sort of problems.

The voltage source for Pin-5 is the battery side large terminal on the solenoid, that also provides voltage to the beeper. The weak point is a "Sonic Weld" in the wiring harness, but a corroded ring terminal at the solenoid can cause problems also.

---------
Reread your post. If the solenoid is not clicking and the cart is running, chances are high it is a valid error code.

Thanks for that info, we'll get to the bottom of it eventually!

I don't know if the solenoid was bad or not, but I replaced it today and I was unsure previously which side of the larger terminals that the red wire attached to. Swap it over and voila it runs right. So I guess it's fixed for now.

Thanks to all that chimed in and offered suggestions and help! I appreciate it very much.

Now it's time to go play 18!

Scotty b has good info on his site about how the first 10 to 20 charges will determine the life and depth of the batteries for their life time
