Re: 2003 TXT rebuild
Awesome info stang! I did find Trojan is very exspensive on their prices...I will look more into the US batteries, as far as the solar setup goes im still looking for more info on it...it is mounted and cable ran, just not hooked up yet, researching charge controllers at the moment...new to solar so I'm hesitant to just hooking it up and going! I installed a breaker switch so after a day out on the course and the cart is stored away I can cut off the power from the panel to avoid over cooking the batteries... Any info you have would be much appreciated, and I might be interested in your cables. I'll post some pictures tomorrow of where I'm at.

Re: 2003 TXT rebuild
In all honestly my knowledge on those solar systems is limited to what I've read. All I know is that those whom I have spoken to say that the Electric Vehicle Solar Charge Controller is the part not to skimp on. I have briefly spoken to an ebay seller about their kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281468886979...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
They seem to sell a few, and they have dealer pricing so I could sell the kits. Beyond that I know no more than you. |
