Let it charge overnight; lease 16 hours.... Look at the charger amp meter then and hopefully it is down to about nothing on the meter....

ok so from this the charger should go down to zero when its fully charged? Forgive me I know alot about the cart bc I built it from ground up but I know nothing about how a cart charges.

I am up working so I went out and checked the charger. It has turned off and its is down to 0. I believe thats a good thing...

Yes after letting batteries rest without a charger on them for at least 12 hours report a total pack voltage. If not riding the cart for several days keep checking the total pack voltage as while it will slowly decrease the speed at which it decays tells the truth about the batteries and their condition.

To measure the total pack reading where do I connecter to the batteries? Sorry for lack of know2 with these batteries.

your pack is all connected in the cart....just like you were just going to jump in and take off, right? or at least all of the batteries are connected together in series...(+ to -, + to -, + to -....etc.)

with your DVM.....select the VOLTAGE range that is appropriate. then put the RED (+) lead on the FIRST batteries POS (+) post, and the BLACK (-) lead on the LAST battery's NEG (-) post. You will be reading the fill pack voltage.
