No it doesnt. I move it all the way to the F position and it doesnt move. I move to back just a bit and the cart moves a little then the pedal will work. Same in reverse. I believe one of the contacts is touching on the board where the solenoid is mounted. But I cant tell for sure. I will have to put the cart on jack stands and check it...

Took readings of each battery tonight and they all were at or above 6.11. I then took a reading of the whole pack and got 37.2 and that is after taking a 15 to 20 min ride the last two nights with no charging bc I am having issues with my charger.
