Default 96 medlist

My 96 medlist will not charge anymore had charger looked and they said it was ok what else could b the problem

Batteries could be to low to kick charger on if cart has sat for a long period of time...receptacle could have bad or burnt contacts or wire...battery cable could be bad, those are a few to start...battery voltage of entire pack would be the best starting point.

I charged all the battery up with a battery charger i will check the contacts and wireing

I think 28 volts is what most chargers need before it can kick on.

The charger senses the cart's battery pack voltage via the auxiliary contact (item 36 first attachment) touching the outside of the negative Radsok (circled in senond attachment).

The voltage varies a bit between chargers, but 28V is in the ballpark at the lower end.

The relay in the charger is initially energized by the cart's pack voltage and the voltage needed to close the contacts in a relay varies between the various makes/models of relays found on control boards.
