I don't currently have brake likes on either of my carts
Just head and tail lights.
Neither cart had any lights when I go them.
Brakes and turns would be cool, but I really have no use for them.

the black box is a 30 sec timer for the brake lights, its either bad, or not hooked up correctly. are you checking the time with the key ON or OFF? and what battery is the ground wire for the light kit going to? It should be the main pack ground

Circa 2004 Precedent with non-led lights. When ignition switch is turned off, lights go off. Why they stay on for 5 minutes is confusing. If there is no timer, they should not go off as long as ignition on and parking brake engaged. If there is a timer, I can't seem to find it. I bought a 30 sec timer module, but the wiring for the cart is confusing and baffling me on how or if it can be installed, in series with the rear lights and brake switch. Time on is with ignition on.

Any tips, pics or vids on installing the brake light switch? (not the electrical, the metal brackets and switch). Thanks!
