Well, I found out that O'Reilly's has high amperage fuses. I picked up this 250 amp one. Will it be sufficient for golf cart use, or are these only good for automotive applications?

Years ago it seems I remember doing test on auto starters, if they were pulling 180 amps or less they were good. I've never seen a fuse that large on an auto maybe I've been away too long.

Its a sign of the times mrgolf. My oldest boy had a 1000 amp amplifier, I forget how many watt stereo, 8 speakers, sub-woofer, boom tube, flashing lights, etc. on his system and I had to place a 250 amp alternator on it and that would require replacing/rebuilding annually!
