98 DS 48 Volt
I have been fixing up cart took for a test ride and motor shakes like crazy All connections are good and clean but have two weaker batteries could this be the cause ?
All bolts are tight on motor suspension etc. My son is so disappointed. Any thoughts or ideas would be great. Thank you. Ken |

Re: 98 DS 48 Volt
Yes it could be if it is on initial take off or when you hit it hard.
If it is just a jerky throttle all the way around, it may be a problem with your v-glide/potentiometer out of adjustment or worn contacts inside causing misalignment. |

IDK Green, are you sure it's the motor itself? Does it have normal power?

Re: 98 DS 48 Volt
Not sure but ran ok first test ride and then has been sitting for a while. Going to check voltage on acceleration when time permits. I need to get this done so I can work on my new project. Picked up a 1969 Harley Gas cart. Hope all is well on your end getting ready for a few days vacation so taking a break for a week.

Check the bolts that hold the motor to the transaxle.
