1999 Club Car DS won't move
I recently purchased a 1999 club car DS. It would move in reverse however when in forward it would just click. I replaced the solenoid and when I applied power to the vehicle to move forward nothing happened. I did see a small puff of smoke (not good I'm sure) come from below the battery area. Now it does not move in reverse or forward and there are no clicks. Any ideas?

If the magic smoke came from the front of the battery area then probably the F/R switch as Dlab states.
If it came from the back well it could be from many things. Check that F/R assembly. |
