Look at the blink codes in the back of the owners manual- what does it say for 1grn 6 red?

Re-read the text preceding "Stuck solenoid"

Did you measure the KSI Voltage vs the B+ voltage?

Here is what’s weird, just turned it on went around the block like nothing was wrong. It has done this previously but I would turn the key off and back on and it would be fine.

Okay - so the controller problem has a history. Maybe you should be looking at the cart, not the new controller, for a solution.
In between the controller and the pedal box is a wire harness pug with 4 wires where both the input and output throttle signal as well as the solenoid activation signal go through. This plug gets wet, dirty, and corroded. It is a know trouble spot in the TXT cart. Some people simply cut the plug out and use connectors or solder in place. GL

Ok, I will definitely check that out. I’m very pleased with the performance of the new controller. It’s all I needed! Last weekend my father-law and rode around the hunting club for 3 hrs and the cart never struggled one bit! So impressed!

Does the pre charge resistor need to be hooked upped on the new Solenoid? I thought I read that it didn’t need to be. I checked the 4 pin plug all seems to be good. Just drove the cart yesterday and it acted upped, I turned the key off and back on it was fine.
