Apparently there is a reason for all the confusion...

Or maybe I'm just completely confused!!!
Don't feel bad, Alltrax has had many wrong versions of the wiring diagram for Club Car, including the one you posted.

Here is the current link from Alltrax website which shows the correct connection (B+ to A1):

Ok good, at least it wasn't more of my electrical ignorance that caused it!
Thank you Sergio!

I look at motor direction as a coin flip. Try it and reverse A1,A2 or F1,F2 if it's going the wrong way. Especially if you don't use a stock motor.

Well I got the Zeva system to fire up.

I know I've seen some discussions about the different settings in other threads. What values to set and different reasonings. Can someone post a link here to one or more of those?

I went through and did some basics already.

Hey Sergio,
I'm going through a bunch of threads I have marked to review for my build. I ran across this thread http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ries-cart.html. On post #25, you said this "One thing I forgot on that diagram is the Reverse buzzer, do You use one?

It will unfortunately require a small change and a diode added since the buzzer should sound in reverse even if the pedal is not pressed."

Is this true for the XCT48500 Alltrax? I am not using a reverse buzzer.

I would not have a cart without a reverse buzzer. I have seen what happens when someone is in reverse and doesn't know it.

My lady and I are the only ones that will use the cart. We have discussed the ramifications and are aware of the potential issues. That is a choice everyone needs to make for themselves.

I certainly would not recommend for anyone else to delete the buzzer, especially if there is potential for other people to be around, and or use the cart.

That post was specific to the SR controller with a Reversing Contactor where the reverse buzzer is externally activated, the XCT directly controls the reverse buzzer circuit.
