23hp briggs
I am putting a 23hp briggs in a 2001 club car. Do you use the original setup to start when the gas pedal is pushed or do you bypass that and start by key and let idle always? How about the choke and idle speed when first starting ? Won't the cart take off with the clutch engaging? THANKS

The kit from Cartpartsplus is wired With key start and stop also clutch should not engage at idle
