Question Solenoid ground problem

I was removing the big positive cable from the solenoid and the wrench touched the small negative terminal on the solenoid with a little spark. After I replaced everything, now the solenoid wont engage unless I jump the neg to battery ground. Is there a fuse on the neg side of the solenoid somewhere?

There is two fuses but i think if one was bad other things would not turn on. If it runs when it is shorted to ground then a fuse is not bad. If the solenoid is the only thing that works then the fuse in the neg. battery circuit is blown!
