well i guess that keeps it simple for me then. When you guys say drain the fluid, please elaborate never really worked on an electric motor before or the axles for that matter.

Remove all of the oil from the inside of the differential and replace it with new oil.

How much oil does it take, and what type of oil, never even knew these things you could change the oil.

Remove the drain plug and drain all the fluid out. Put the drain plug back in. Then remove the fill plug which is only 4-5 inches higher than the drain plug. Fill it up until the oil is spilling out of the fill plug. Should be about 22oz. SAE30 oil is recommended for electric carts.
