A jumper is just a piece of wire that connects other wires or pins together.

The Blue wire and the White wires on that 6 pin connector need to connect to each other.

Just cut them off and use a butt connector or end cap to crimp them together.

Oh yes now I remember that explanation. I didn't think to do it since I removed.the OBC altogether.

So everything else looks right? If so thanks!

Make sure those cable lugs on the Solenoid big posts are not touching each other.

Can't see a resistor across the 2 large terminals of the solenoid...Did you put the tow run switch back to run..

The resistor is there and I did flip back to run. Thanks...I'll get back on this tonight.
