Default Re: Alltrax XTC48400PD+ not turning on. Bad OBC?

Well... I sent my controller back to Alltrax and it checked out ok. Alltrax sent me a completely new Controller and it still will not turn on. I have power on pin 1&2 and pin 3 turns on power with accelerator application. I still can’t get the solenoid to energize unless I jump the blue wire post to negative. This is driving my crazy!
Alltrax software and testing confirm the FNR switch and tow run switch function correctly. I get four errors. High throttle input under voltage fault, shutdown, low battery (49volts) and percentage fail.
I also have a new MCOR 4 that did nothing to help. Again this is a PD+.

On the Alltrax software, Is your throttle percentage returning to zero percent when you let go of the throttle? Make sure it is or it'll throw an HPD code and the cart won't run. You may want to try and turn off the HPD function in the settings and see if that makes a difference. Try running the car on both the "PDPlus" and the Club Car (MCOR) throttle settings and see if one works better than the other. The PDPlus controller has it's own throttle setting for the multi-step pot on a Regen 2, but since you've converted to MCOR you may want to try the other setting.

Tried what you suggested. No good. [emoji35]
