Default OBC Charging Problem

Hi i realize the question around the OBC bypass has been covered but i dont find anything that solves my problem.

My Powerdrive Charger DOES NOT switch off, it runs continuously. I've been told it may be the the OBC not doing its job and switching off the Charger. IS THIS CORRECT???
If so, how do i remedy this???

Thanks

Did you let it run at least 16 hours?? They can take up to 16 hours to complete a charge.

Unplug both AC and DC cords from the charger.

Set your meter to continuity and place the probes on each blade of the AC plug.

You should get no continuity.

Keep the meter on the AC plug blades (charger is disconnected from wall AC power).

Plug the charger DC plug into the cart, You should not have continuity on the AC blades.

Remove the charger DC plug from the cart and you should have no continuity.

If You still have continuity after removing the plug from the cart receptacle, the relay inside the charger is bad.

If the continuity goes away when you remove the DC plug from the cart receptacle the OBC is bad.
