Club car precedent beeping while charging

I have a 48v club car precedent. It is the newer style charger, ERIC charger.

The charger is less than a year old, and the batteries are 2 months old. I noticed that the cart was going "beep beep beep....." continuously last night. I unplugged it and it stopped. I plugged it back in today and after an unknown time it started going "beep beep beep". The charger light on the charger showed almost full. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the charger showed that the charge was full.

Any ideas.

What brand batteries do you have?
Did you update the charge algorithm in the ERIC charger o match the new batteries?

Have you checked the water level in the batteries? If you didn't update the algorithm you can boil new batteries dry in a heartbeat.

I did not update the charger. What is the process for that?.

I have trojan batteries, and I have checked the water level.
