Am I crazy?

I have a 89 club car 36v, that I fixed up a year ago from top to bottom. Everything on it is pretty much new. I just picked up a 86 club car 36v. For cheap looking to flip it. My 89 is a V glide, and the 86 has the 5- solenoids. I had to replace the forward/reverse switch and all 5 solenoids. The 86 runs faster and better then my 89? And the 86 still has its original shocks and everything. I don’t get it. The solenoid clicking I’m not use to though. So I’m thinking of keeping the 86 and selling the 89, only after I switch everything I did to the 89 to the 86, body, rear seat, shocks tires ext. am I crazy for thinking of doing this? This is how good the cart rides, otherwise I wouldn’t even dream of this. LOL.

I’d say take the best of both and make it yours. Then again my sanity is still intact.

You think that might be crazy? You should see some of the s**t I have done.

Sounds like the older one is better all around. A lot of people have said the solenoid setup is more durable than the V Glide. Go for it.

Go to: Go Advanced, Manage Attachments, Choose File, Upload Photo, then Post.

At least that's how I do it.

My problem is that when I do, it says pics are not jpeg? Or sothing to that affect

Do they have same motors?The five solenoids are a good setup up if they are the Oem solenoid if there the cheap Chinese ones good luck.The v glides are know to be a weak connection I would look at motors and see what’s in there.Might be that your not getting a good connection on the v glide on top speed.

What type of camera are you using? One on your smarthphone, or just a digital camera?
