Question 2010 club car presidential 48volts

I have a 2010 clubcar I notice when I drive it about 8 miles stop then take off it jerks let up on the peddle then it goes fine the batterys are 2014 Trojans are there anything I can do to the batteries or is it time to replace them?thanks

Could be that your MCOR (throttle box) is failing. Pump the Go pedal about 30 times while cart is in neutral, then see if the problem gets better. If it does, the MCOR needs to be replaced.

Also, at 6 years, your batteries will more than likely need replacing soon.

Thanks after 11 miles on cart cameback check each battery 5 all read 8.2 one battery reads 5.2 volts? So I hooked up my 12 volt charger to that one battery only and set it for 2amp for about 25 minutes and see what happens ?

Yes you can try boosting that battery with a 12v charger. But if it was at 5.2v, it's probably toast.

Well after the charge on the battery 11miles trip again it was alot better kept on 15mph got home check the weak battery this time it was 6.2 volts I guess I tried changing the weak battery again on 2 amps least it did help.

I have 5 batteries all reading 8.3 except one reads 6.2 can I replace the one bad battery with a new one should that solve my problems?thanks

From 2014, your batteries aren't going to last much longer, considering getting a new pack. If a new pack isn't in the cards right now, don't buy one brand new battery, but a good used one to replace the bad one with.

I paid $40 for a used Crown one winter when one of mine froze. I'd try to stay under $50.
