Default looking for a decent motor/controller combo

believe its a 2012 club car precedent

I picked this thing up about a year ago and on here i was able to score a stock motor, controller, and a six inch lift for it and i thank you guys.
I flipped it and made a ton of money on it.

Well the kid i sold it to took off the nice wheels, took it out in the woods and beat the crap out of it..

He brings it back to me with all the batteries below 1 volt, lift is kinda wonky, motor is smoked and im sure the controller is to.

The cart already does about 22 if i remember correctly when i had it.
I know he wants to go at least 25mph and deff have some more torque since it will be seeing the woods again im sure.

Not sure what to get.. Im sure the alltrax but what motor?
and are there combos out there they sell together

Thanks guys

If I were to build my cart again today I'd most likely go with a Raging Bull from from PQ... 50 % more torque and a moderate boost in speed over a stock or Bandit motor...
