Could be the pie shape box. Clean the contacts.

Recheck the cables on the batteries. Could be one battery in not in the circuit.

Re: 99 club car DS SLOW
Just runs slow. There is no speed sensor on the motor. I’ve checked cables and made sure it’s all running in a series. Cables are brand new and clean as well.
What is the pie shaped box? |

Re: 99 club car DS SLOW
Batteries being new/good does not mean they are being charged or have a full charge.
I would start by measuring pack voltage with a decent meter first. Could the OBC maybe be in limp mode ? |

Re: 99 club car DS SLOW
It is the V-glide, which controls your throttle. It is under the seat in between the batteries. You can pop the cover off and inspect it. You want to make sure that the wiper arm is traveling all the way to the last copper pad when the accelerator is fully depressed. Do this with the cart off and in neutral of course.

Re: 99 club car DS SLOW
I checked the v glide and the wire was chaffed a little. I pulled it back and hit the gas pedal and still slow. Reverse is even worse. I have 50v at the solenoid and it obviously clicks but shouldn’t I be able to jump the solenoid? I tried with a wire and nothing happened.
How many volts should be ag the forward reverse switch? I’m assuming 50 as well |
