Default Help- need diagram for manual F\R switch

Hello All,
I am building an electric scale model Army Mule (see Pics) and I have an old ClubCar
3bar manual F\R switch and I cannot find a diagram for this switch and a Curtis 1204X controller.

Since I am not that electrically inclined, I would appreciate anyone's help with
a wiring diagram. I have done this in the past with an EZgo switch, but this one is different from the last and I don't want to damage the controller with a wrong connection.

Thank You in advance!

Cool project! Below is the wiring diagram for the CC 36v carts using that F/R and Curtis 1204 controller.

very cool project.
this ogre had to google 'army mule' to see what it was
is you scale mule for utility use around the house or a parade vehicle?
air cooled, pull start, 4x4, 4 wheel steer, magneto, military grade wheelbarrow

history of army mule

It's a scan of a diagram out of a CC service manual. There is a 'sticky' at the top of the page with all of the CC diagrams in it.

The "Mule \ Deere" will be for show & parades. I'll paint it JD colors so it will sell quick!
My last project (Modified electric quad) painted in JD colors sold in 20 minutes at local tractor show...

You are right, it is a bit tiny. Let's try this diagram. From left to right, the motor terminals are A1, S2, A2, S1.
