Have you looked at the wiring diagram for this cart and verified 100% that your cables are installed correctly on the FNR, controller, etc?

Old motor when hit throttle the motor would click inside think a brush was hung up

Yes didn’t change anything on cart except take motor off. Unless the switch is messed up somehow now

And this is still not what I asked you. Have you followed the diagram for your cart and verified that each cable (regardless of color) is installed in the proper place?

Well either you have 2 bad motors or a FNR problem or a bad cable.

Or, you have 2 good motors, a FNR problem or a bad cable.

I see you have been having this problem for 5 years with this cart and the cables.
