Bring the Hood Back to New Shine?
What do you all recommend to bring the plastic hood and rest of the body back to its new shiny look? I see a lot of videos on YouTube about Renew Protect, but I'm assuming I need something abrasive first before adding the gloss. You do heavy or light grit compounds with a buffer and work down to polish? Or do you wet sand with very light grit sand paper? Any advise on this would help. Thanks!

I have used Meguiars Cleaner/Polish medium grit #6 with a buffer. It has worked good for me.

Mcguire’s 105 and 205 for polishing work for me.

Additional vote for M105 and M205. Works great on Carts and cars with a non-rotary buffer. Clay bar first for a smooth as glass finish.
