Default Charging a 12v battery off the pack

So I was wandering if there is a way to use my 12v reducer to somehow charge my little 12v batterie for accessories. I thought I read this in a winch thread here somewhere but I cannot find that thread.

Just for clarification. If you have a reducer to produce 12 volts, what is the need for the additional 12 volt accessory battery? My reducer output is a consistent 12.2 volts so it wouldn't be ample to charge a 12 volt battery.

just like cc 48 volt charger finishing at 52 volts, it takes 14.5 volts to charge a 12 volt battery
