Default 2009 Club Car Precedent

I am troubleshooting a 2009 Precedent for a friend. I have two issues I can't understand. The cart does not respond going fwd and jerks while going bkwds. I have confirmed the 4-12 volt batteries are all good with a total output of 48+ volts. I changed 1 battery that was damaged (bad pole), rewired the batteries with #6 wires, and replaced the MCOR! The cart also has a rotten egg odor when charging. No idea if this is related but just in case. HELP, please. Thank you in advance.

48(+) volts is almost dead. 50.9v is fully charged. I would start there first. Even load test the batteries while operating the cart.

Outside of that, could be a speed sensor issue, but you need to get the pack up to par.

I can't get the cart to move enough to put it under load. The batteries all exceed 12 volts. Where is the speed sensor located and would it cause it to not run?

It is on the motor, but it would not prevent it from moving. If you are sure each battery is fully charged, 12.73vdc each, then start with the solenoid and see if it is fully closing.
