Lowered and Bagged DS
I flipped the leaf spring in the front and welded taller shock mounts. Gave me about 4” lower in the front. I’m running 14s so this required cutting the body and moving the front forward via the Jakes front extension kit.
The rear was a treat....as in a bitch because this is my first attempt at suspension design/setup. I designed axle mounts for the rear links as well as the shocks. I then had to design a frame mount for the panhard bar and weld a mount to the axle for the Panhard Bar. Finally I decided on a 3 link setup by mounting to the frame on the passenger side next to the solenoids and welded another mount to the axle next to the motor. I really need to attach a compressor and tank setup. Any suggestions and schematics for installation? Getting tired of manually using an external compressor.
