Default Mad Jax lift problem

I have a 6" mad jax lift on my right front lower A arm the bolt keeps coming out that holds it to the spindle I believe the spindle is stripped out has this happened to anyone else. We just ride it at the campground and around the farm nothing extreme this should not have happened as far as I am concerned the lift is crap.

If it's one of the Allen socket bolts, and if the bolt keeps turning when it's as tight as it'll get, it's stripped!
You could try a Helicoil thread repair to help lock down the the bolt.

If it tightens down, and the bolt just works itself out again,
you'll need to get some good Locktite on the threads of all four of them!
I think the lift itself was built well, but Madjax needs to work out some of the glitches!

Why not drill it and re-tap to a slightly bigger bolt?

Because, then the bolt won't fit through the heim joint!
