Well, i would remove it from the motor, and put it on the bench. Open the front cover. CAUTION!!!! The cover is under spring tension, not alot, but it is there!! And see if there is any junk or broken parts in it! Check to see if the inner shaft is swelled like in my post! It can be filed, or SLIGHTLY sanded with a sanding wheel or stone!
