However you’re specifying an eco reducer, which I’m assuming this has a lithium pack in the cart. In which case 49v is DEAD. Like beyond dead. I’d try charging the cart in either scenario, neither cart is anywhere near being fully charged and this may be affecting the reducer operation. |

I just hooked up the accessories to two of the last batteries using main negative to make sure the accessories still worked and after about 60 seconds I smelt something burning and it was the resistor on the solenoid. Not sure why that's happening only when I connect something to the batteries. With nothing connected to any of the batteries it runs just fine and the resistor does not burn. Has to be another issue somewhere else. |

Re: Voltage Reducers not working
What is it they say about Assuming?
Stop chasing your tail. Verify you have pack voltage getting to the reducer when it is hooked up. With this reducer you also need pack voltage reaching the Orange wire with Key On. Verify you have the Orange wire connected properly and get pack voltage on it when the Key is On. Where are you making the main Positive and negative connections for the reducer input power? Are they direct to the pack or are they to existing wiring on the cart? |

Re: Voltage Reducers not working
The motor should have no relation to, and should have to effect on the voltage reducer.
I think something is wired incorrectly. |
