Apache XR 64 No Run No Click
I have an Apache XR 64 Cart. It ran in reverse but not forward and the main solenoid loudly clicked. Checked the FNR switch and it was not the cause. I replaced the forward solenoid and was careful to connect everything in the same manner but it did not fix it. Idiotically, I switched the green and purple wires on the main solenoid and now it does not work or click either. Replaced that solenoid with a new part from Sonoco with no improvement. 70+ volts at the main lines into the main solenoid, no volts at the green wire to the solenoid. Anyone have any idea what I fried when I switched the wires? Any suggestions where to go from here?

Re: Apache XR 64 No Run No Click
If all you have on a 72 volt cart is a little over 70 volts, that's your first problem. A fully charged 72 volt system should read over 74 volts.

It’s a 64 volt cart as far as I understand. 8 8 volt batteries.

Re: Apache XR 64 No Run No Click
I’ve done a little more testing, and the green and white wire from the Mcor to the small positive connection on the main solenoid has not volts under any circumstances.
