Default F&r switch on 87 club car

Hey guys I got my car back together with a motor. It goes forward but not back. Now it did go backwards at first cause when I put it in forward it went backwards because I had two wires swapped at motor. So I made that correction and it went forward just not backwards. I'm thinking it's the switch but I want to be sure. I got two pictures of the wiring of switch but not sure which is correct I'm sure the one crash sent me is the correct one. IMG_0199.jpg

No I don't have jumper do I need it? I figured that was just for full speed. With kids driving it didn't want it to fast

It needs either a jumper or 2 + leads into the bottom, 1 at each lug
