Default Single Point Watering System for Batteries

I have a 2008 Club Car Precedent with a Jake lift that is style B (4 batteries in a row).
This cart was purchased for my family as a Christmas gift last year and I have no idea where.
The batteries are Deka brand and appear to be very new (as does the cart) but do not have the dates marked.
There is nothing on the top of the battery to either add or check water levels.
I am getting less than 4 hours of about 10 mph run time and my neighbors all get significantly more run time and higher speeds.
I feel like I have a battery issue but am totally new to this and lost at what to look at.
I read about a Single Point Watering system in the manual but have no idea to know if I have it as there are no pictures of what to look for.

Thank you so much!
So, I do not have that.
Is it possible that I have batteries that are sealed and maintenance free?
Does that make any sense on a golf cart?
Thanks again.

If you have sealed bats then they are not golf cart bats and more than likely is your problem. Go look at them and tell us what you have.

. . . possible, but not "normal" . . . typical deep cycle golf cart batteries are "wet/flooded cell" batteries that require vigilant maintenance . . . take a pic of what you have and post it . . .
