trojan batteries, I want to remove the watering system
You people have scared the crap out of me about the watering systems. I bought my first cart and it has the watering system on it. The cart is a 2010 36vdc. I would like to change to speed caps. Who would you get them from?

I can't help you on where to get vent caps, but when I had a 36V pack with a watering system installed, I just cut the tubing connecting the batteries together at both ends and removed it.
I left the tubes between the three vent caps on each battery connected since it doesn't matter too much if one or all cells pop, the whole battery is bad. |

Are you asking for where to buy Water Miser Vent Caps? Those are pricy to say the least, although it is a very good design. I've seen them on ebay for $3.84 for each cell (and $12 shipping!)..
