I have an 86 ezgo that ive had for years but just recently got it drug back out and running it has a new top end, carb, and a rebuilt fuel pump. I can get the cart to start by pulling the bolt from the intake where the oil injection was capped off and squirting a little fuel and oil mix into the hole then replace the bolt. When i do this it will sputter then take off and run great. I can ride it to work and when i come in for lunch it will restart and run great after lunch the same thing aswell as when i come in for the evening. The next morning it will not start for anything unless i pull the seat off and squirt some more fuel into the intake. I cant figure this one out.

Losing prime on your fuel pump maybe, would be my first thought.

I have pulled the hose coming from the pump and spun the motor and it pulses fuel well.

Have you tried choking it? Even if the pump lost prime, there would still be fuel in the carb bowl to start it and get the pump primed again.
