Default 1989 Marathon Wiring

Hey everyone. In the process of finally getting an 89 gas 3pg marathon back together after stripping it. Motor has been completely overhauled and trying to get a few more things buttoned up to fire it up for the first time. The cart when I got it was in pretty rough shape and didn't have a key ignition. Im assuming it was hot-wired to not require a key. I have basically tried following a diagram i have found on here. I must say praises for the forum to keep me going on the project. Basically I have almost everything wired and zip tied. Trying to figure the wiring setup from gas pedal, solenoid, forward reverse microswitches.
Its probably basic yet I am having issues trying to figure it out.
I have the 15amp fuse (black)wire that had a red tied into it, going to one forward reverse switch (that had rusted off)
Basically I am trying figure out proper set up for those and the accelerator switch wires. Trying to reference photos of how it did function temporarily before i tore it down while cross referencing the proper diagram. I will probably add a keyed ignition back into it and try to follow diagram. Just trying to get some thoughts/opinions on this. I can get a photo of what I am working with.

I am amazed that this cart actually fired up at one point how it was wired. Referencing diagrams to how it was set up before the tear down it not even close to the true diagrams. I think I may have fried my solenoid in this process. So going to replace that while accounting for all wires and trying to figure why there are extra wires.....
