Default G1 wiring issues

So ive been trying to get my g1 running for a while now, I turn the key forward solinoid clicks, go in reverse it clicks and reverse buzzer turns on. Problem is once u turn key forward motor turn slowly. It won't turn in reverse. And solinoid circled gets extremely hot (burnt my finger). Any help would be great. Thanks bryan

Heat is caused by poor connections and your terminals are beyond bad those older solenoids are no longer available but you can convert to newer style ones hopefully someone will chime in with more information on the conversion to the 4 post solenoids
