i don't think its OEM. It is stamped "MOKINI" and I see the same name on the one i just ordered on Amazon.

I quit using them years ago. I got some that worked just fine, got probably nearly as many that didn't work worth a shot.

It seems every place is selling after market carbs and I can't figure out if they're any good or different. Also, I can't seem to find OEM parts anywhere.

Google the part numbers and you will find numerous vendors. Probably not much difference in the China carbs. MOKINI is the one that I've got on the bench...

Change oil and fix the gas in the oil problem first. Probably needle valve and seat in carb. If you have much gas in the oil it will thin it down enough to let it get past the oil ring. Sounds to me like that is where the problem lies.
