Glad all's well now, but don't forget to take it out of maintenance mode if you ever have to do that again, by switching that dial back to normal, or you won't be going very far.

Still not sure on this thing...
:(
Daughter wanted to make a lap around the neighborhood with me driving before she went out on her own and got stranded...
Sure enough 1/2 a mile from home couldn't get going.
Battery was dead.
We walked home got my lil' lith ion booster and made it back.
Overnight on charger and seems OK now, but new battery this spring and I just dunno any more
Going to hit neighbor up who works at Club Car dealer and see if he is interested in taking a look

Off brand fuel pumps don't work. Briggs and Stratton have worked every time for me. Make sure to get real Briggs and Stratton. Cost about $20 .

It's the same pump club car dealers sell for. About $40.
You need a real Briggs and Stratton fuel pump.

A dead battery doesn't have anything to do with the fuel pump, unless she sat there for an hour with the starter cranking the motor and ran it dead.

Put the cart in maintenance mode, run the engine at full throttle and Check the charging voltage. It should be between about 13.5 and 14.5 volts.

THANKS for both.
I wasn't aware the motor had anything to do with Briggs and Stratton.
Not a "big block" conversion or anything.
Stock motor.
Is that who made them for Club Car?
With this being my 3rd or 4th fuel pump, I am not going to be surprised if all the one I have tried weren't doing what they were supposed to.

Battery dying is only related to other issues as it is "just my kind of luck"
:)
Don't doubt two separate issues and battery was probably drained by wife and daughter driving around with the old fuel pump and really using "a lot of starter" to get it going.
Appreciate the tip about checking the charging system.
That was something I had hoped to do.

Appreciate the help !
Take all I can get
:)

FYI: I've been working on carts full time for 7+ year now. I learn new things pretty much every day. In the thousands of carts I've dealt with over the years I can only recall 3 times that a fuel pump was actually bad, and one of those was an electric pump someone had previously put on. It still pumped fuel but leaked badly. Many times the customer came in believing it was a bad fuel pump but it turned out to be: pick up tube fell off in the tank, pick up tube "plugged" by debris in the tank, vent screen on the pump plugged up with mud/dirt/etc, pulse line drooping too low and filling with oil (interfering with pulse to the pump), carb issues like a "stuck" needle valve or debris in the float bowl.
Just my 2 cents worth.

Appreciate that too.
I have went through most of the fuel system.
Inside tank, pick up, cap/vent, lines, and filters.
I haven't totally rebuilt or went through the entire carb, but have had it off the cart, bowl off, and blasted cleaner through any passages I could get at.

Each time I work on it it seems to get a little better...for a while.
But never totally solid enough to make me confident that it is reliable and no issues.
When I got it from my father in law, he said it had "one of the governors" un-hooked or something along those lines.
If I remember correct he said shop he had it at said there was an RPM limiter, and a speed limiter.
One failed but the other would keep it from grenading.
Starting to wonder if there may be trouble with something along those lines.
Never seems like it has all the power it should, or what you would expect.
Just seems like I am missing something somewhere and that has me thinking I ought to let a pro take a look soon.

Thanks again !!

Put volt meter on it over the weekend...
:(
Had charged the battery up a few days earlier and showed almost 13 and a half volts just setting there.
Flipped switch so I could run in neutral and watched the meter drop to just over 12.
12.2 or 12.3 and drew down a little more as it ran.
Ran rpm's up nearly full throttle as long as I dared without beating it too much.
A couple more times and same results.
Shut down volts would go back up over 13.
Start and run lower.
Guessing charging system needs attention as much or more than fuel pump now.
Appreciate the meter tip !!

I put a small digital voltmeter in the dash to keep an eye on charging all the time, to see problems before they start. I guess an ammeter may be a better choice, but voltmeters are small & cheap, and 12V is easy to get behind the dash. Also helps when using the electric pump on the tank sprayer so the battery isn't run down too far.

Mine has never seemed to keep up and has always needed to be put on a charger every so often.
Looking like I better do some more digging.
Gage would be a good waning, thanks for that too.
May look into adding on if I don't figure out a fi that keeps up charging.
