radio cutting out
Hi new to site. just installed car stero in 1998 gas ezgo. I ran the main power wire from battery to a toggle switch with yellow memory wire to constant power.The ground goes straight to neg on battery. the radio sounds great sitting in garage but as soon as i pull out on my street and push the gas pedal down the radio cuts in and out. as soon as i stop radio sounds great. any ideas. i need help. thanks

Sounds like you are getting interfefance from the motor! There was a topic on here not long ago about this. did you try a search?

yes i did search this topic. the ones i seen had a amp hooked up with ipod. friend at work is having same issue. with yamaha g2.

Check your charging voltage. It should be around 14 - 14.5V. Some radios have an over and under voltage cutoff protection. If your cart is charging to high, that may be the problem. It is also bad for the battery.
