Default Txt problems

I just bought a 2000 txt that's not running did a brief check looked thru the oil fill cap and found the cam isn't turning? From past experience I believe that's not good.? The timing belt isn't broke I do know that. Any ideas as what I'm gonna find when I get into her? Thanks

pull that pulse hose off the pump, hang it down to the ground and see if oil is trapped in that hose, then blow backwards through that hose while holding it up high to make sure there is no oil in it then check the pulse again

I have seen more bad/clogged hoses than bad fuel pumps. that pump is only a diaphram.
