1987 ezgo motor turns over slowly
great site, i have a 1987 ezgo cart that the motor cranks slowly even when boosted. i have the chance to buy this very cheap if runs, any suggestions where to start i have never owned one and would really like to see it go, thanks

start by pulling the ground strap from the frame and cleaning / wire brushing the connection (bad ground is the leading cause of starting issues with these older 2pg's) ... Also, check the connections at the battery ... Then make sure the tension on the starter belt is correct ... lastly, pull a plug on the starter and check the brushes to make sure they aren't worn away
