Charging Problem
If I m reading the service guide correctly, then if I am reading continuity from the starter/ gen case to each of the terminals I have a grounded field coil and it will need to be replaced. Any thoughts on why it would read that way? I'm planning on pulling the SG first of the week and checking the internals for any grounding inside the case. Thx

Re: Charging Problem
I'm guessing I'm right seeing as how I found the field coils rusted to the case and 2 brushes no longer in contact with the armature. Yaay.... Another 140 to spend... Lol
